Pros
Ingram has a really high turn over and is a great way of getting into the IT industry. The culture is quite relaxed and you'll meet a lot of people that you will see throughout your career in IT.
Cons
The company does not recognise good work with promotions or pay increases. Most people I know started on minimal wage and after 2 promotions in 2 or 3 years, were on only slightly more money.
