Pros
Collegiate atmosphere, opportunity for growth, new challenges being created left and right, nice mix of interesting/educated/ambitious colleagues, senior management with a vision. Usually a joy coming to work, almost always a pleasure working with my co-workers.
Cons
Being a large organization with >25,000 employees, policy and procedure can get in the way of getting things done, there are directives to minimize this
