      Pros

      Not many pros, you can make decent money if you are one of the top people and know how to play the systems. Good bunch of people (most have left now)

      Cons

      You are a number, not an employee. If you do not perform off the start with 0 training, you are not given any time to develop before they let you go with no warning. The co founders do not seem to get involved unless it is to make your life worse.

      Pros

      Holidays off, great team, 20 days vacation

      Cons

      Management has very little communication with employees, clients constantly changing qualifications with no warning, constant threats of loosing jobs, and lying about different benefits in the interview, then saying they don't know when asked. Just overall not worth the hassle and anxiety
