The opportunity is there to make money

Cons

Pay structure is horrible. Once and IF you meet your quarterly quota they will raise it so high that it will be almost impossible to meet it again. They also throw out performance plans left and right which is not beneficial to the employees at all

Yes, we agree, at Conway there is definitely opportunities to succeed. Compensation plans do change based on the market, but hopefully to everyone's benefit. Regarding the micromanaging, this is surprising since often we here there is a lot of autonomy. Pros

Work life balance is okay. Hybrid schedule. Depending on your manager they can work with you. Some really great and caring people. Generous PTO.

Cons

Pay is noncompetitive. The medical benefits are pretty bare minimum. Lastly, the company morale is in the tank overall. Missed several quarterly quotas, new CEO brought in to fix things. Nobody knows where anything is headed
