This experience will allow you to not only become an expert in selling the technology, but also allows you to develop strong working relationships with those other companies. In regards to the base expectations, please have those conversations with your manager or reach out to your HR Business Partner to help you better understand the pay structure and expectations.
Work life balance is okay. Hybrid schedule. Depending on your manager they can work with you. Some really great and caring people. Generous PTO.
Cons
Pay is noncompetitive. The medical benefits are pretty bare minimum. Lastly, the company morale is in the tank overall. Missed several quarterly quotas, new CEO brought in to fix things. Nobody knows where anything is headed
