There is a lot of bait and switch that happens. One thing is presented, so it sounds great, but then that is not what is actually implemented. The benefits keep getting worse and worse, yet they keep getting more and more expensive. They promoted the fact that they're such a great place to work because they had an open PTO for their employees, but then took it away. They present a culture that they do not follow: hunger, heart, and harmony. They are hungry for money, have no heart with their constant firing of people across all departments, and there really is no harmony. Upper management is slowly but surely being replaced by people from Capgemini. Job security and employee morale are at an all-time low. There is definitely a huge culture shift since those from Capgemini have taken over. If the way Capgemini was run was so great, why didn't they all stay there? Instead, they're slowly but surely destroying insight by changing the culture. They continuously hire more senior-level roles, yet continuously fire the front-line folks that are actually doing all the work that brings in the revenue. There's a lot of talk, but it doesn't seem they hold sellers accountable for the fact that work is not signing. Without signed work, there are no projects to be staffed on. Their resolve is to just keep firing more and more teammates. If all those proposed deals actually do sign, then they're not going to have enough staff to fill all the roles needed. This new business model lacks heart and harmony, for sure. I hope they will figure it out and eventually go back to being a great company that actually cares about their employees.
