Pros
Some flexibility from remote work but they now require you to go into the office once a week so they can micro-manage you and waste your time with commuting
Cons
They keep trying to squeeze blood from a stone. The growth rates for budgets are unsustainable. They always want more, nothing you do is ever good enough. Pay gets worse every time they change the commission plan. They're just another greedy corporation obsessed with short term profit. Things went down hill when they acquired PCM and let PCM's toxic culture take over.
