My time at ILPA was incredibly positive. I’ve felt very well supported throughout my role, with managers who not only encouraged me but also actively helped me grow professionally. There’s been a noticeable shift toward stronger collaboration, clearer communication, and a more positive, inclusive environment overall. Once Jen Choi became the CEO, the workplace culture critiques in past Glassdoor reviews were openly addressed, and genuine change was made, using employee feedback. To her credit as a great CEO, these changes have made it easier to do great work while also feeling genuinely valued as part of the team. Overall, ILPA has been a place where I’ve grown both personally and professionally, and I’m grateful for the opportunities and support I’ve received here.
