Pros

We build some very good products, so for a manufacturing company there is relative stability.

Cons

Over worked if you are a factory worker. I work three times harder now then I did 15-20 years ago, and I make less money adjusted for inflation. That's without factoring in rising gas prices! Intel doesn't believe in giving cost of living increases. That's okay if you're senior management and already making an excellent wage with nice perks to boot.
