Executive team is made up of all men and they treat women as inferior employees including the co-owner. Most of the directors don't even know there is a "leadership team" because the president is so dishonest. They use and mislead staff and will terminate you when they are done with you. This did not happen to me but I have seen it happen to others. Those in charge are children playing grown-up.
