      Lots of opportunities to learn whatever field is of interest (mechanical, electrical, process controls, operations.etc)

      Cons

      Weak leadership, industry specific experience except on boilers and water treatment Heavily mismanaged Not inclusive of people not from immediate area (i.e 2 hour driving radius), not to mention from other cultures

      Fair pay for some, not others that do more

      Cons

      This Management team has ran this plant in the ground! IP needs to bring in new that cares! We have no incentive to stay here, we get zero bonus, but we do get burnt Doninoes every 6 months
