Pros
This is my first job after college, so I was honestly quite nervous in the beginning, especially after moving to a new place. But the company made me feel comfortable from day one. It genuinely feels like a friendly and welcoming place. Everyone here is very approachable and respectful. The HR team is helpful and always ready to listen. In my team and BU, there is no unnecessary pressure, and the environment is quite relaxed. Managers and even director are very friendly, and I can openly discuss ideas or ask questions without any hesitation. What I really appreciate is the support for learning. Whenever I want to learn something new or explore a topic, my manager always encourage me and even help with resources or courses. Apart from work, there are also fun activities like team lunches, fun Fridays, and outings, which make the experience even better. I’ve made some really good memories here.
