one of the worst managements i have ever come across in my 4 yrs of experience. The HR would just give you carrots the whole time for appraisal and many more things. They just make anyone as a Team Leader who really does not know how to manage at all,and just know how to make you work . The last week of the month are EXTENSIONS (without pay) for 2 hrs and more. Too much of politics in the company and special and easy campaigns are given to close employees to work on and top the table and the rest are doing the normal campaigns and then later blamed on performance.
