      Pros

      Company will force you to achieve targets if not achived they ask you to extend shifts without any extra hours pay or either they lay off

      Cons

      Bad company one should not go with it

      worst place you could ever work

      Pros

      only pros i would give is kaka is amazing and you get a cafeteria to smoke within the office.

      Cons

      one of the worst managements i have ever come across in my 4 yrs of experience. The HR would just give you carrots the whole time for appraisal and many more things. They just make anyone as a Team Leader who really does not know how to manage at all,and just know how to make you work . The last week of the month are EXTENSIONS (without pay) for 2 hrs and more. Too much of politics in the company and special and easy campaigns are given to close employees to work on and top the table and the rest are doing the normal campaigns and then later blamed on performance.

      The best manager i have work with in my 10 years of experience the bhai (moeez ) has left so no pro left

      Cons

      After moeez left there is no sync and communication and everyone can feel that. Few favourites get everything and others are suffering
