      Company will force you to achieve targets if not achived they ask you to extend shifts without any extra hours pay or either they lay off

      Cons

      Bad company one should not go with it

      Pros

      Was a good company prior.

      Cons

      Current management is useless and practising "Hire & Fire" strategy. Upper management is not fit for the job and as a result the company is consistently in loss. Continuous lay offs take place.
