Upper management has no clue what is happening right now at lower level, doesn't care about, and is busy clapping and giving each others a pat on the back saying they are doing a great job. Upper management is focused on the share price. to see how well they are doing, look at it over the last year or so ;) All flexibility is lost, same as many great people. Culture is down the drain, people are openly talking about resigning in team meetings Technology is outdated, so are its development practices No career growth
