Horrendously toxic workplace - Interior Designer Isprava Employee Review

Most toxic place that i can know off. Not always would someone's reviews be good...Maybe someone might have some grudge or jealousy against the person applying and intentionally give out bad reviews which doesn't mean the person is bad. Point being why even ask references when you want to go out ask other random people about a candidate. This is simply absurd. And the same firm turns out to have the most negative reviews which is an irony.
