None. They portray that they are forward thinking and technology enabled but that is all an act.

Cons

No personal life, the top management expects you to work 24 hours, 7 days. No systems and processes. Operatez like a dictatorship with every little decision only taken by the ceo. Too much favoritism by top management.

Most toxic place that i can know off. Not always would someone's reviews be good...Maybe someone might have some grudge or jealousy against the person applying and intentionally give out bad reviews which doesn't mean the person is bad. Point being why even ask references when you want to go out ask other random people about a candidate. This is simply absurd. And the same firm turns out to have the most negative reviews which is an irony.

everything else extremely toxic work culture extremely bad management worst part is that they do nothing about it and continue to work in the same manner no care for the employees personal space / life expected to be working 24/7 basically if you want to spend your entire time working without having a life, Join Isprava
