Pros

Great coworkers from BravoSolution (those who weren't fired by JAGGAER or quit) Good Chicago office space (which is going away) Free coffee

Cons

Honestly, I don't know what I'd say about this company that would sound remotely positive. I could go into all the things that I experienced first-hand that was inappropriate or borderline illegal. Fear-based environment. A "who's next" of who will randomly get fired. HR is pointless and has no idea how to handle anything. JAGGAER has completely ruined everything BravoSolution brought to the table. The leaders of JAGGAER are an absolute joke. CMO should never set foot in a corporate setting with his out of control, deranged bizarre behavior; his internet footprint proves that as well. CEO is not approachable, is beyond ego-centric, and talks down to women. He has no idea what his company does. Product is horrible. Everything is a joke! Again, I could go on and on, but one thing is for sure that this company is ruined. No one will vouch for or protect you but yourself. Really disappointed how this all went down.

Pros

The people - that is, the actual people doing all the work. I met some of my favorite people ever working here, and it's the only reason I don't entirely regret the experience.

Cons

Some of the worst leadership hires I've seen. And when things didn't work out? They fired them and somehow found even more incompetent replacements, all while pushing out the brilliant people who actually kept JAGGAER afloat. If Vista Equity Partners wants ROI, they should probably start with the outdated tech (don't get me started on "JAI" lol). Or maybe an actual GTM strategy? But no, surely a few more bad exec hires, layoffs, and outsourcing rounds will help you on the next Gartner Magic Quadrant. Fingers crossed!
