Pros
There really aren't any pros to working at this company, unless you're unemployed, then by all means take a job here until you can find something better.
Cons
The company doesn't care about employees or customers. They say they do, but their actions indicate otherwise. And I find it interesting that after all of the honest feedback, there are suddenly a number of 4 and 5 star reviews. It's almost as though HR wrote them... People are fired on a whim, and feedback and criticism is punished.
