Pros

Not sure anymore -- the pros that used to be a thing are punished now.

Cons

Proven track records don't matter. KPIs are established but leadership doesn't use them to make decisions--"Your KPIs don't matter" gets said a lot, so why have them in the first place? Management makes decisions in secret and doesn't ask for proof of concept before committing to one of many horrible ideas. Expertise is no longer valued when those less qualified and those that have been shown to break things get promoted. Revolving door in Sales and Marketing. No backfilling positions. Those lacking resources are reprimanded after being setup for failure. Those that succeed aren't nurtured. We're losing knowledge left and right. Bad decisions are used to justify bad processes which fail and allow leadership to go after what they wanted in the first place. Game of Thrones level corporate politics and asset cutting. Those that speak out are the first to be demoted or cut and management constantly complains that we use Glassdoor as an outlet to be heard.

Pros

The people - that is, the actual people doing all the work. I met some of my favorite people ever working here, and it's the only reason I don't entirely regret the experience.

Cons

Some of the worst leadership hires I've seen. And when things didn't work out? They fired them and somehow found even more incompetent replacements, all while pushing out the brilliant people who actually kept JAGGAER afloat. If Vista Equity Partners wants ROI, they should probably start with the outdated tech (don't get me started on "JAI" lol). Or maybe an actual GTM strategy? But no, surely a few more bad exec hires, layoffs, and outsourcing rounds will help you on the next Gartner Magic Quadrant. Fingers crossed!
