Pros
Monthly product allowance for employees at no costs and a quick expense reimbursement (should they actually approve on time without having multiple amateur questions that can easily be answeredwith in the actual report materials!)
Cons
Extensive training that lead to NOTHING that we were later told to focus on in our sales strategies and pitch. VERY quick turnover rate of both AE's and Managment. Narcisists seeking KILLERS in the sales world for a baseline pay of an entry level sales rep position. Most AE's dont even have aesthetics/pharma outside sales experience.
