The business cuts corners, buying dollar store supplies and understaffs shifts so they don't have to pay full wages, they'll bring in unpaid volunteers to cover the hours that workers were promised. They pretend to have a "door always open" policy but the second you bring something to their attention, you either get ignored or belittled. Everything I have to say about this business has absolutely nothing to do with the fact I was let go. Things happen, people are laid off. All my opinions are based around what I saw WHILE working there, from things I experienced to things other co-workers and customers experienced. I could go on and on but quite frankly, they'll do anything to discredit negative reviews and I'm done wasting my energy on Jet Pet Resort. Best of luck to any new employees.
