Pros
They have a lot of airport operations customer service employees. Easy to trade shifts and fly standby.
Cons
Company cares a lot more about customers than employees, if you’re involved in any situation and they have no evidence like a video of what happened they will go with whatever they think is rational, they won’t go on your side even if you’re right. As an employee you don’t feel safe in that matter, it’s whatever they think or feel about you. Very unfortunate.
