Time for some oversight & intervention investments, New CEO disaster - Anonymous employee Jordan Company Employee Review

Need better oversight regarding each company they own. Latest CEO appointment at one of these entities is a debacle, in just a short time employee morale at all time low, micro management, not a leader, not listening to pulse of organization. TJC needs to step in before this investment becomes worthless. who vetted this CEOs capability to run this organization. The investors would not be pleased with whats happening here.
