team members are great to work with

Need better oversight regarding each company they own. Latest CEO appointment at one of these entities is a debacle, in just a short time employee morale at all time low, micro management, not a leader, not listening to pulse of organization. TJC needs to step in before this investment becomes worthless. who vetted this CEOs capability to run this organization. The investors would not be pleased with whats happening here.

- the best culture and people make the hard work enjoyable - opportunity to work with some of the smartest people up to this point in my career but also very modest/humble at the same time with Ivy league educations - Teamwork. everybody is in this together, and there are no nuances or politics, just great people doing great things and simply GET IT DONE.

Cons

- some ambiguity. But is expected in this environment compared to corporate america. (could actually be considered a pro at times) - sometimes a grind but no different than other places. Everybody rolls up their sleeves and grinds it out.

- Culture of being one team and working towards a common goal - Challenging and rewarding work, no day is ever the same. It's impossible to become bored. - Everyone is very intelligent, hardworking, and personable. - The team continuity is unheard of. Once here, no one ever leaves, which speaks to the overall culture and how special it is.

Cons

Long and unpredictable hours at times, but that is to be expected with the nature of the work.
