Pros

Great mission--to help poor/underserved children affected by trauma. Thoughtful leadership. Compassionate therapists. Always looking to provide more or adapted services.

Cons

Unclear long-term strategy for growth. Some unnecessary hierarchy in a very small office impedes good flow of ideas and imposes unnecessary restraints and access to management. Good work not recognized often enough. Not enough effort to create collaboration among non-therapist staff.

Pros

the kids and school based team

Cons

toxic environment. CEO is so far removed from what the therapists actually do. school-based team are the blood and sweat of agency but paid less, have no resources, and not supported.
