Pathetic Management & they call themselves as Leaders who want to instill fear to get work done. They don't have a growth mentality. No respect given to anyone. The CEO/Founder is huge on ego. Its "My way or the high way" attitude that he has. You can expect public humiliation, will be cornered , blamed , belittled & made fun of. He feels that people working at KKBC are his slaves & at his mercy. Goes on a personal attack to demean the employees. Has no control on his temper or his tongue.
