Kamterter is a growing company that continues to expand its potential. This is made possible by the many members of the Kamterter family who have evolved into a culture of hard work and perseverance. Management and department supervisors recognize and appreciate the hard work and sacrifice the employees endure year after year and they are justly compensated. Kamterter has an excellent benefits package that includes affordable health and dental (employee’s individual premium is 100% paid for) , matching 401k, profit sharing, paid time off, etc.

Kamterter is not for everyone. It is upsetting to see individuals use a platform such as this to blast a very negative opinion about the company, simply because Kamterter was not a good fit for them.

The job is fairly easy to learn, and gives fairly regular raises over time. They also give bonuses most years, match IRA contributions, and have holiday events. Health insurance is provided for free by the company, which is a very nice benefit. There are a lot of nice and helpful people there, and management is fairly approachable and accommodating. Employer will potentially pay some people for higher level education.

There is a high risk for mistakes in some of the work, which can make it stressful. There isn't a lot of room for growth, which was different than some of the impressions given by managers early on. The salary isn't especially high, but is sustainable for maintaining a simple lifestyle. The work can be very repetitive and mundane, so the employee needs to be prepared to sometimes do very long sessions of a repetitive activity.
