Pros
I came in knowing very little about recruiting and they created a very healthy environment to grow and thrive in. The owners are on-site daily and committed to helping you grow as a recruiter and see everything in a long-term view, which is great if you find yourself in a temporary rut. The growth path is laid out in front of you on day one and is very achievable with the right work ethic. Great office atmosphere that encourages open dialogue and everyone is happy for each other's deal, even if you're going head-to-head with a co-worker on an order.
Cons
It's a smaller office, so if you're expecting large group gatherings and a vast amount of orders to switch between, this is not the place for you. That being said, the smaller setting works great for the more one-on-one attention to growth and training and everyone gets a better feel for the orders that are in the office due to the close proximity of the employees.
