Pros
young, energetic office ability to make a lot of money and advance your career senior management is very supportive/give you the tools to succeed motivating company contests and outings close, tight knit group of people to be around
Cons
not too much to say here- learn how to manage the ups and downs of the business and you will succeed

Pros
There is a strong potential to make $60-80k your first year out of college here, as long as you put the time in. Very motivating commission structure and management rewards hard work generously. Young, exciting and energetic office environment with a staff that is always looking out for each other and finding ways to help one another.
Cons
The job market is tumultuous but there are tenured account managers who can help recognize good opportunities from bad ones. If you aren't looking for a fast-paced, high rewarding position in sales then Kappa Search is not for you.
