Pros
-What the company represents -Advancement opportunities
Cons
-Communication is non-existent -Favoritism- pay based on if you are liked or not, not the job you do. -Management training is horrible- throw you in with 20 minutes of training and no resources. -Keep "terrible" unreliable employees on - give way too many chances and lay-off outstanding employees (just due to how much they earn- lower paid employees stay on- higher are "canned." ) -No recognition for all the hard work you do, working several hours OT and completing several projects and only told when you have done something wrong. -Found out several loyal, great employees laid off without notice or even discussion in their townhalls that there were issues, due to financial hardship for the company- employees blind-sided. -Bad morale / no comradery / little team engagement -Very disorganized- told 1 thing by a manager- then told something different from another. No cohesiveness. -Accrued PTO (not much at all- not even 2 weeks) -Pay is not desirable: $14hr for CRC1, $15 for CRC2, $16 for DS. -Productivity metrics are not explained -Disorganized liability department, no training, bad management, and gossipy.
