Kespry is a cluster of mis-management. In true start-up form, the initiatives to keep the company alive can best be summed up as, "everything, all at once." There is no single direction or strategy that anyone in management can point to and articulate a clear vision of what it means to succeed. Morale is in the toilet as more and more personnel find the exit.
To suggest that the personalities are "strong" would be an understatement. Unless you cherish the opportunity to be micro-managed and second-guessed, this is probably not the place for you.
Diversity? HR? Non-existent. This is an autocracy. Decisions, especially those made in the software domain, are often myopic and clouded by a "not invented here" mindset that prevents any real advancement and innovation.
