This company does not support the employee in the career path. They are supposed to assist the employee in transfers after six months, but this is false, hiring managers use any reason to not provide the transfer. Too much favoritism to promote employees instead of analyze the background and qualifications. HR department is very uncooperative and leave intern clients adrift, specially at requesting transfer or applying for another vacancy. Since Nikki Leondakis left is not the same.
