Huge cuts while senior leaders post glamorous photos on Instagram of conference attendance and socializing. 11. Expecting site clinic leaders to work every weekend, late hrs, take call without compensation and then scolding them for taking on too much while trying to do a good job 12. Senior leadership is totally disconnected until a crisis, then fly in to "save the day"
