There is different rules regarding following the company policies for employees higher up in the hierarcy Female managers are getting lower salaries although they have the same knowledge and performance as male collegues Only a certain small amount of employes are consider favourites and is treated accordingly with higher payment, are able to work from home, can travel without any questions asked etc The rest of the almost 900 employees is treated like badly
