Pros

Good job dependant on educational background, Can plan your day-to-day schedule completely free. If you have a high school diploma and some experience within the industry such as welding, lifts and pressure vessels then it's a great opportunity.

Cons

A bachelors degree or equivalent makes you over qualified. Risk of being bored at work. Decent boss, bad team leader. Somewhat toxic environment. Job description says you need to be educated but noone in the whole office has more than a high school diploma.

Pros

Clear regulations and routines. Well-designed processes for dealing with employees. when it comes to transferring personnel, you are quick and precise. good cohesion at the Solna office if you are accepted and included in the group.

Cons

Clear subgroups have often been created with senior managers in charge. in these "bubbles" everything is allowed. you can drink copious amounts of alcohol and come to work clearly under the influence the next day. dissenting opinions are effectively silenced with systematic bullying. Open bullying also occurs between and from senior managers in the management team. If it is further reported or tried to be noticed by, for example, the CEO/HR, you will be wound up and/or bought out with the CEO's blessing. toxic culture with a scapegoat syndrome where your years of service gossip about how many people you threw under the bus or how you managed to make yourself invisible. unhealthy staff turnover among middle managers and an incredibly arbitrary culture around the reward system (salaries and training). people who would absolutely never be managers/leaders are absurdly promoted and protected. should you in any way step on the toes of one of those "sacred cows" in any way or disturb their sandbox, you are finished. The financial result is the most important factor. If you are a middle manager and it goes "worse" for a month or so, it is legitimate for higher managers to liquidate one as soon as possible. Not even going to try to describe what it's like as a woman in this workplace and there are hardly any left to ask (3 female managers have had to quit so far during quarter 1 2023). tip is not to like or somehow happen to notice some of the industry colleagues' posts on social media, then you will shortly receive an unpleasant call from a senior manager or that it is openly noticed in the coffee room or in a meeting in a humiliating way. The Work Environment Agency would have fainted if they started to audit the company. looking for any job I can right now, get me out of here!

Pros

Great collegues is the only pros

Cons

The management team at Kiwa is accepting harassing and victimization of employees. There is different rules regarding following the company policies for employees higher up in the hierarcy Female managers are getting lower salaries although they have the same knowledge and performance as male collegues Only a certain small amount of employes are consider favourites and is treated accordingly with higher payment, are able to work from home, can travel without any questions asked etc The rest of the almost 900 employees is treated like badly
