      Pay was average, bonus structure was good

      Cons

      Owners seemed to have lost the values that started the company. People are simply dispensable and are shoved out quickly after working so hard to meet and beat the goals. They do not act in accordance with the core values they set. People do not matter anymore. It was a heartbreaking experience to work here

      Pros

      The company does put money into the property they attain. They have a structured Reno team and diligent Corporate Maintenance Supervisors.

      Cons

      There was no proper training, no onboarding whatsoever. There is favoritism cliques within upper managerment, and consequently no room for growth.
