      Pros

      Pay was average, bonus structure was good

      Cons

      Owners seemed to have lost the values that started the company. People are simply dispensable and are shoved out quickly after working so hard to meet and beat the goals. They do not act in accordance with the core values they set. People do not matter anymore. It was a heartbreaking experience to work here

      Pros

      They hire within the company. Leasing commission is decent if you have apartments available and they are being leased. If you hit stretch goal, you get to split a huge bonus.

      Cons

      Stressful environment. Always worried if you're going to get fired even though you haven't done anything. Pay is low especially for what you have to deal with. It's like trying to make a dollar out of fifteen cents. If you are not a corporate favorite, you will not get promoted. Do not expect to get any form of praise. You get taxed on your discount which could easily take $200-$300 out of your check. You don't have to be good at your job as long as you know someone in corporate. That is a fast way of getting hired and moved up quickly. They want you to be perfect. Anything less than that, expect to be written up. Office will stay open all day on holidays.

      Pros

      I loved this company several years ago and was so excited to start working for them. They were extremely nice to all their employees. They did not come off as a micro managing company. They also love to promote within.

      Cons

      They like to let go of people and I mean 6-7 people it seems to be every 6 months. This company has an extremely high turn over rate. I gave my all to this company and I do not feel at all that I was appreciated as an employee.
