The team is spread far and wide, but everyone is very committed, communication is high, and people bring high energy to their work and conversations! Sometimes priorities can shift quickly (as in many startup spaces!); not necessarily a con, but something to be aware of if you're looking for a slower pace.

Old days Kojo was an absolute time. Change in leadership made it a much worse place to work. Decent product, can be a big solve for contractors.
