Pros
They provided a raise the moment you become permanent. Most people first get hired on as a temp. Has lots of overtime opportunities.
Cons
Many are afraid to as trainers for advice for fear of getting fired. There's micro-managing, high turnover, ~30-40 people trainings often, and the staff is not open to any suggestions. In my group, in under a year, I was 1/5 people left from my original training class.
