Pros
Engineers, from what I can see, have it better then the IT department. Managers are very friendly and approachable in the various Engineering departments and UNFORTUNATELY for IT professionals this is untrue in the IT department.
Cons
Biggest issue negatively affecting this department as a whole =1. Management. Focused purely on "sweatshop" workers then hiring employees and management who know what they are doing and are EDUCATED. Too much time spent on trying to learn/teach new technology. Taking on new technology they can't handle. The Managers attitude and Her overlooking education. 2. Communication. 2nd manager doesn't speak english.
