      People are smart and the office is nice.

      Cons

      The pay is low, growth is limited, and favoritism is prevalent. Innovation is not embraced and the company is old-school. Full of lots of older folks that are afraid of their job being taken away.

      Good exposure to high-profile projects, access to resources

      Cons

      The company is fast paced and often really puts the client first in front of anyone else. Fifty hour weeks are not uncommon here and at the staff level you may be stuck doing rather mundane tasks. Career progression is also a bit slow for most.
