      Pros

      Good support between people with the same title, staff clearly really care about their students.

      Cons

      It felt like there was a disconnect between the district office and the campuses. Education as a whole field is hard right now. Other schools pay their social workers better and include them in bonus structures.

      Pros

      Leading Edge Academy has no pros. High turnovers across school staff. Their medical benefits are costly (4 options costing between $500-$750 per paycheck) + the cost of their other benefits will take more than 1k out of each month. There’s little work life balance. The founder of the company needs to be more present in the daily operations to see how flawed the culture has become because it’s a toxic environment
