Pros
This company is a property management company that really values their employees! Regular support and feedback, but not overbearing in any way. I have never met a more encouraging, supportive, and nicer group of people, and I regularly think to myself, how did I get so lucky to find them. Budgets are planned reasonably with the manager involved, for realistic expectations. Upper management is always available if needed, but they allow the properties to generally run as they are. Relaxed atmosphere, great benefits, supportive staff.
Cons
I have a hard time finding any downsides to this company. I have found that they are fair, and having been in property management for over 15 years, I think the rules, regulations, and expectations as well as policies and procedures are pretty standard of any other property management company. I have had no issues with anyone in the company or the company as a whole.
