Pros

They do like to promote from within, your regional will come to your site at least once a week to help you.

Cons

The values they stand for don't match their actions. The company culture is broken and there is a huge disconnect from corporate to the sites. Too many people been with the company for a long time. Overpaid and set in their ways. These people give the company a bad name.

The light portfolio load and the focus on continued education.

Cons

The companies environment was very toxic and judgmental. The company is full of veteran employees and upper management that are not friendly to new hires joining the team. Constant gossip and lack of trust in ownership, including racial tensions that were never addressed, some of which lead to wrongful terminations. Constant miscommunication and lack thereof clear processes to allow all teammates to perform their jobs correctly and affectively. In the end I watched a lot of good hardworking people resign from this company due to the gossip and poor treatment of veteran employees and ownership.
