Pros
Salary is good for the first few years.
Cons
Senior management is incompetent and does not care about front line employees. They ask for employee surveys but never provide change. Management only wants this to appear a "great" place to work yet abuses employees and takes advantages of them. Forces employees to fill out surveys saying they are happy when they are not or punishes front line management.
