      great incentive programs. Hours of operation work for a parent who has to work around their kids schedule.

      Cons

      Very much a numbers company. You need to get a certain volume of work out each day and must maintain a high standard of quality.

      Pros

      Decent pay, way to start in insurance, decent training, nice facility with lots of parking.

      Cons

      Unbelievable workload that cannot be completed in an 8 hour period. However, it is expected to be done with no overtime allowed. Coworkers crying at their desk due to receiving a weeks worth of work in 1 day. Can crush all of your marks just to be met with well for this reason you only meets, so here is your 3%.
