Pros
Great Pay! The people are very friendly! Management really cares about your career. They are very honest and give great advice. Interns are given projects that acutally matter. NO getting coffee or doing mundane paperwork. The whole point of the internship is to convert the intern into a full-time employee. There are also end of the year events for interns. All I can say is that the interns will have an amazing time!
Cons
You may need to relocate for advancement. This is the case for some locations but not all. It depends on your department.
