      Liberty Mutual provides ample training and allows you to grow into your role or a new role if you show you are capable.

      Cons

      There can be a lot of process to get things done, but for a company of it's size, I'd say it's normal.

      Pros

      Decent pay, way to start in insurance, decent training, nice facility with lots of parking.

      Cons

      Unbelievable workload that cannot be completed in an 8 hour period. However, it is expected to be done with no overtime allowed. Coworkers crying at their desk due to receiving a weeks worth of work in 1 day. Can crush all of your marks just to be met with well for this reason you only meets, so here is your 3%.
